Industrial Gaskets Supplier in Saudi Arabia
Ajal Arabia supplies industrial gaskets across Saudi Arabia — the small components that decide whether a flanged joint holds. Our range includes spiral wound gaskets with SS304/SS316 windings and graphite or PTFE filler, ring joint (RTJ) gaskets in octagonal and oval profiles, PTFE and compressed non-asbestos (CNAF) sheet gaskets, and EPDM/NBR rubber gaskets for grooved couplings — covering Class 150 to 2500 per ASME B16.20. A gasket must match the flange facing, pressure class, temperature, and media: get it wrong and you get leaks, rework, and shutdowns. We help MEP contractors, plant maintenance teams, and procurement buyers across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and the Eastern Province select the right gasket the first time — from chilled water plant rooms to high-pressure process lines. Sizes run from 1/2″ to 36″ and beyond. For gaskets in Saudi Arabia specified correctly for your flanges, send us your line list.

- ASME B16.20 — metallic gaskets for pipe flanges (spiral wound, RTJ, jacketed)
- Gasket dimensions matched to ASME B16.5 flanges
- Spiral wound: SS304 / SS316 windings; graphite or PTFE filler; inner/outer rings
- RTJ: R-series octagonal and oval profiles; soft iron, low-carbon steel, SS316
- CNAF (compressed non-asbestos fibre) sheet gaskets
- EPDM / NBR rubber gaskets for grooved couplings
- Range: 1/2″ to 36″+, Class 150 to 2500
Frequently Asked Questions
Spiral wound vs. RTJ gasket — how do I choose?
Spiral wound gaskets suit raised-face flanges from Class 150 to 2500 and cover most process, steam, and utility services. RTJ gaskets are for ring-type-joint flanges in high-pressure, high-temperature oil & gas service, where a metal-to-metal seal is required. Match the gasket to your flange facing — never mix them.
Graphite vs. PTFE filler in spiral wound gaskets?
Graphite filler handles high temperatures (steam, hot oil) and is the default for most industrial services. PTFE filler is chosen for aggressive chemical services where graphite is incompatible. Tell us your media and temperature and we will confirm the right filler.
What is the difference between full-face and ring gaskets?
Full-face gaskets cover the entire flange face and suit flat-face flanges at low pressure. Ring gaskets sit inside the bolt circle on raised-face flanges and are standard for most steel piping. Using a full-face gasket on a raised-face flange (or vice versa) is a common cause of joint failure.
What size and class range do you supply?
From 1/2″ to 36″ and larger, in Class 150 through 2500, manufactured to ASME B16.20 dimensions. Non-standard sizes, PTFE envelope gaskets, and CNAF cut gaskets to drawing are quotable — send your sizes and quantities.
